7. NO CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND

ANY OTHER SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
7.2 No Cancellation
Once you have registered and
paid for any program, course, workshop, or service:

All donations made to
Vasudhaika Foundation are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. Donation

7.6 Program Cancellation by Foundation
7.6.1 If the Foundation
cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances:

will be offered an alternative date or alternative program of equivalent value
โ Alternatively,
the Foundation may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund

not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not
limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Ownership: All

images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations,
software, and design, is the property of Vasudhaika Foundation or its content
suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

trademarks or registered trademarks of Vasudhaika Foundation. You may not use

and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1 These Terms shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14.2 Any disputes arising
