1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Trust’s Name through our website or any other channel are non-refundable. Once a donation is completed, it cannot be reversed or returned, except in specific situations outlined below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases: Duplicate Donation: If a donor accidentally donates more than once. Incorrect Amount: If an amount significantly different from what the donor intended was processed due to a technical or human error. Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the knowledge/consent of the card or account holder. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction by emailing us with the following details: Full name, Donation date and amount, Transaction reference number, Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
